There are many students who get admitted in the University of Dhaka, Jagannat University, Jahangirnagar University or different public or private universities in Bangladesh. Most of them come from village or district level. Almost 90% of them can not afford the cost of study and the cost of living in the city of Dhaka. Hence, they look for tuition (wants to teach students), which is a very hard job in Dhaka city. Everybody studying in university level knows this to the core. As a result they contacts different tuition media for tuition.

Everybody knows about the business of tuition media. They ask tutors to register with them for TK.300 to 500. But they can never give tuition to tutors. If there is a tuition with them, they ask tutors to pay 50% or 60% of the remuneration of the first month as their service charge, which is asked to in advance. If the tutor can’t avail the tuition, they don’t return the amount to the tutor, rather they makes tricks of promises to giving tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. But they never give, because this is their business to make tutors their members and cheat them. I am a student in fourth year in the university of Dhaka. I am also member of five tution media. I was also tricked, while I was in great shortage of money in first year. I lost one year for shortage of money, I asked many ones to help me to get a tuition but none helped me, rather they rebuked me after some time.Then I promised with myself that I will do something against the cheating business of tution media.  This portal is the result of my promise.

BE AWARE OF TUITION MEDIA:

Almost all of the tution media supply fraud tutors. How ? Here it is, they publish ads on different daily newspapers as a tutor. Their ads are like this “ Forhad/Farhana( A-level completed, Northsouth), Rahman/Rana (ex-notredame, BUET electrical ) want to teach from play-group to A-level and class-1 to class-12, physics, chemistry, math, biology, pure math, higher math etc.” Point to notice here is, they give three/four contact numbers with two TNT numbers.
All of the tutors study in BUET or NSU, nowhere other. But do you know how many students study in BUET ? Here I am giving a calculation of the department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE). BUET takes 160 students in first year in the department of EEE every year, there four years, hence total number of students in the department of EEE is 4*160 = 640 only. Of them, at best 70% works as tutors, hence total number of tutors from the department of EEE is 640*70% = 448 only.

Now can you imagine to get almost 200 tutors on different newspapers on every friday ? But you find more than 200 tutors from EEE of BUET on newspapers, right ? Yes, here is the trick. You take a tutor of EEE from BUET from a newspaper, you become sure of him/her to study in EEE of BUET by checking their ID card. But do you know, that you take tutor of Dhaka college, city college, DU, JU or JNU and your tutor study in a subject that is not suitable for your child. You can get a plastic ID of BUET of any department- Electrical, Mechanical or civil Engineering  from different studios in Nilkhet. So from my experience, I request guardians to take tutors from DU, JU, JNU or any reputed college so that your tutor can express his/ her real identity.
